Take a look at some of the projects we have helped our clients with

Bookcase Update
The client requested that the top shelf be straightened, that facer boards be added, that a long shelf be removed, and that a short shelf be removed and rearranged. In addition, the cabinet’s top was sanded and repainted.

Drywall patch
A plumber replaced a pipe in the dining room for the client. They needed to close up the wall. The two walls affected by the restoration were insulated, drywalled, taped, and painted after some old termite-damaged wood was removed.

Fix steps
The client only wanted the rotten planks replaced, not the entire staircase.

Crawlspace Door
The client wanted a door with hinges that could be opened with a door knob, replacing the current door that had to be lifted from the opening. The door is a custom build, which included insulation.

Skirting For Shed
By enclosing the area beneath their shed, the client intended to improve the appearance of their shed. Because the shed was built on a slant, it was necessary to enable water to flow beneath it. It was critical that water did not collect beneath the shed. The covering was made of vinyl latus.

Bathroom Shelves
This was a kit that had been purchased by the client and needed to be installed.

Rebuild shed doors
The bottom boards of the original doors decayed due to the manner they were built, as water would sit on them. Rebuilt the doors in a new style and replaced all of the trim boards. This was not done with snow on the ground, by the way. These are the only before and after photos that are accessible.

Replace Bathroom Exhaust Fan
There was no ductwork because the original fan was a recirculating rather than an exhaust fan. Ductwork was installed, which ran from the attic to the ridge vent.

Pick UP & Delivery
Left – I picked up and delivered itemsfrom an auction.
Right – Took yard waste to a recycling center.

Clearing brush
Removed all the growth around the base of the trees and cleared branches 6 feet from the ground.

Yard work
Left – Reconstructed the flower bed, planted, and mulched the bed.
Right – This was a 150 foot hedge, with a height of 12 feet. The picture shows how much was removed.

Christmas Lights
Two homes that Christmas lights were installed.

Yard Sale
Assisted in moving and setting up tables, setting out goods on the tables, setup tents, and covered the items to keep off the overnight dew.

Headstone cleaning
From time to time it is a good idea to clean and wax the headstone to keep it maintained. (The names have been covered in these photographs).

Some things built
Left – The cornhole boards had St. Louis Cardinal decals placed on the lower half of the boards.
Right – There was an issue with rain water filling the stairwell once the drain was covered with leaves. After the client tried different options, with no true fix; I build a cover out of PVC pipe and canvas. It was built into sections so the stairwell could be used as an exit.

Wedding Items
These are a few of the items crafted for a wedding.
Left – The firefly jars were used as part of the arch way that the couple were married under.
Right – The cake stand was carved out of an old cedar log with a light inside to show the carved initials.

Faux tin ceiling
The client had two ceilings covered.

Bathroom Remodel
This was a large project. The bathroom was gutted to the studs. The only thing that stayed was the cabinet above the toilet (it was painted).
